No, we never have, Sunday is usually a day to relax and recup.

Hey Tasha (and Julie).....TY for teaching me.... Being such a Newbie here, I'm glad for any help I can get. I'm going to redo yesterday's challenges just to keep myself on the wagon. If I don't do anything today, I won't feel like it tomorrow either...... lol

Since there are no exercise challenges today, I want to challenge everyone to be an encourager today. I challenge you to send an encouragement booster to every Buddy listed on your home page. I bet there are a few on your list that haven't received any encouragement for a while and would really appreciate a quick uplifting note. Let's not leave all the encouraging to the leaders of our group...... Let's take on some of that responsibility and encourage our Buddies today.

Have a great day y'all....... and Thx for being an encourager today.

Hey y'all....... just a quick question??????? How is everyone on here keeping track of your calorie intake? I'm feeling really discouraged with the food tracker on here because it is soooooooo very limited in selections and usually has only fast foods on it and it also isn't very accurate. I try to make all (most) of my own meals including baking my own bread just to keep the fats down and giving me more control over the ingredients. I did a comparison of my homemade bread slice vs the what is available on here and the closest comparison is about 36 calories higher than mine is. That is really a big difference and could really begin to add up by the end of the day. I'd like to have a calculation that is much closer to reality. Any ideas out there? Thanks in advance for your help.

Jo--I use FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to track my calories and nutrients. I, too, do a lot of my own cooking, but add in my custom ingredients if they are not listed on fitday.
