Today I danced my posterior trunkas-gluteal facia musculature, gluteas-maximus; now is minimus 3 pounds...

I lost 3 pounds of booty this week!

Woo-hoo Mark!!! Fantastic!!
Ok, did another workout, finished up a bit ago. Did my legs, lunges, dead-lifts, extensions and worked the biceps as well. All in a circuit!!! I am so pumped, either that of I'm tired and getting goofy!!! Are we going to do this for tomorrow??? Hell yeah I say!!!
