Hey My Wildcats....Well I did do all my excercises except on Thursday, Friday and today. I had an awful thing happen to me on Thursday afternoon. My van was a hit and run and my van burned to the ground. I have lost weight for the weight so hopefully that will help the team.. I love you all

So glad you are ok Babe! That must have been a very traumatic experience. I'm very sorry for your van and your burns...I feel so bad for you! But you are also blessed because you are alive and no one was in the van with you. Hope you have recovered a little bit from the shock of it all by now. Hang in there!!!

Are you all ready to ROCK the weigh-in and beat those Hot Rods??? I read on a blog where one of the new Rods lost 9 pounds this week, but I'm not intimidated one bit! We have all worked very hard and I have a sizeable loss of my own that I will be reporting to WW tomorrow a.m. Let's Rock it for the last evening and give it our best!
