"If you want my body and you think I'm sexy, you'll do these challenges."

Up for a challenge? Take your pick!

Choice #1 - Seated Dumbbell Rows (2 sets of 12) and Seated Dumbbell Triceps Extensions ( 3 sets of 12). If you do not have barbells, use anything! Can's of veggies will be perfect! Anything!
(2 sets of12)
Starting Position
Begin by sitting on the floor, leaning back slightly with knees bent and feet on the ground. Hold the dumbbells out in front of your body with your arms straight and palms facing inward, so the dumbbells are at 90 degrees.
Action
Bring dumbbells in towards your body at chest level as you squeeze your elbows behind your back as far as possible. Return to starting position. Try doing 2 sets with 10-12 repetitions.
Special Instructions
Keep elbows in towards the body, but not completely against the body, as you go through the movement.
Muscles Worked: Upper back, Biceps, Shoulders

(3 sets of 12)
Starting Position
Sit holding one dumbbell with both hands behind your neck by grasping the plate and wrapping your thumbs and pointer fingers around the hand grip.
Action
EXHALE: Extend arms straight above your head, keeping elbows next to ears.
INHALE: Lower the weight back down with contol to the starting position to complete one rep.
Special Instructions
Contract abs to avoid arching your back. Use a bench with a short back (if available) for support. Keep elbows tight near ears throughout movement and try to keep your upper arms still.
Muscles Worked: Triceps

Choice #2 - Jump Squats - Do as many as you can.
Exercise Advice: Start in a deep squat position with your folded out in front of your body. From this position, explosively jump up as high as you can and reach for the ceiling with your hands as you jump. Repeat this until failure.

Choice #3 - Post a contract in the serious forum for yourself that say's how many days this week you are going to workout and how many minutes you will do it for each day and make sure it's something you know you can keep your word at. This contract is a promise to yourself.

"You know you have it in you sexy Wild Cats."

I, MARK, will start today, as I should, giving todays' workout to the memory of those who gave their lives, so we could have the freedom to be here doing just this. I will also commit body and spirit to not just the best of me, but ask GOD for a little more than that. I WILL work out 45 minutes - six days this week. And I WILL avoid the temptation, where I fell last week.

Phl 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
