Are you cool enough to take on a challenge?
Remember, you don't have to do them. Only if you are looking for an added push to your regular routine. Take your pick.

Choice #1 - Add 10 mins to your normal cardio routine.
Choice #2 - 50 crunches. This can be spread out during the day.
Choice #3 - Drink at least 8 glasses of water and do 20 regular pushups or 30 wall pushups.

Here is my plan for today!
Cardio-45 mins +10 for the challenge
All 3 Challenges
30 mins Weight training or toning workout
Ab workout
Stretching and yoga
Stay 100%OP and drink at least 80oz of water

My plan for the day and the week is to try and do all the daily challenges on top of my normal workouts. My normal workouts are:

45 minutes or more of cardio. Alternate upper and lower body strength training. Play more basketball, Do more ab work, (more time to the abs and harder work on them) Eat 100 % OP and drink all my water, take vitamins.

All of these things have become 2nd nature to me now. I love it! I no longer dread the workouts or eating right. Feels natural to me now. Yeah!!!

My goal is to lose 2 lbs. this week.

Count me in for Challenge #3... This week I focus on maintaining the 7 lost from last week. More loss, however won't put a hitch in my get-a-long.

Hey Eveyone! I'm back after one crazy week. My plan today is an hour of cardio, full body weights, stay under my 1600 calorie limit, and drink 64 oz of water. Good luck to everyone else!!!

Great plans so far!

Mine is the same as last week.

2 days of step aerobics, 3 days running 3 miles, 2 days walking.
Stay OP with food (not a problem), take that dang vitamin!!

Ok, Wild cats here is my plan for the week!

1. drink 64 ozs of water a day.

2. do my regular workout for 25 min a day

3. do 40 crunches a day

4. do 30 butt bridges per day

5. do at least 2 of the team challenges per day.

6. do my cardio part of the challenge in the pool(saves my joints and makes me work harder)

7. stick to under 1500 calories a day.

Go, Team, Go!!!

Plan for the day, walk with Trina at 3 pm 4 miles. Do crunch challenge, amintain calorie intake below 1200 calories and drink 64 plus water.
