[SIZE=\"4\"]My plan for the week is the same as always since it is still working. Last week only saw a loss of 2 lbs., but it was still a good loss so I am going to stick to my plan on the assumption that maybe I went through a mini plateau last week. Not gonna be upset over 2 lbs. just because I\'ve gotten used to losing more, but I am planning on adding more intensity since I am so close to my 2nd mini goal of 20% total loss.

For eating, I will stick to the 1200-1500 range, not eating anything three hours before bedtime. I will also drink all my water, which is between 80 oz. - 120 oz., and drink 2-3 glasses of diet green tea each evening after all my water has been drunk.

For exercising, each morning I will do my 40 minutes of strength training. Each afternoon I will do 20-30 minutes of cardio. Each evening I will do 40 minutes of a run/walk on the treadmill.

I will also do at least one of each days challenges given to us from WW. I also do little things here and there throughout the day. Such as a half mile walk around the school block each morning after dropping the boys off, I do 20 leg lunges before each strength training session too. I also get in bike riding or roller skating here for about 30-45 minutes here and there throughout the week with the boys.

Monday\'s Challenge
New people, every day a challenge is sent out to the Wild Cats. These are some added exercises that you can add to your regular routine. You do not have to do them. Some members wanted an extra push and so we offer it. I will give everyone 3 to choose from. Some members do just one, some do more than one. And some do none.

Anyone up for a challenge? Pick one.
Choice #1 - Add 15 to whatever you normally do. It can be 15 more minutes of working out or 15 more pushups then you normally do or 15 more situps. Whatever. Find a way to add 15 of something to your normal program.
Choice #2 - Do 50 crunches. These can be spread out during the day or done all at once.

[FONT=\"Verdana,]Hey Team- Here is my plan for today. I need to take things day to day.
Hit the gym- Do at least 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of lower body weight training.
Ab workout at least 10 mins
Add in an extra walk outside pushing the stroller- at least 15 mins for Challenge 1
Yoga and stretching this evening
Drink at least 80 oz of water and stay OP with eating- I am going to try some new things with my eating plan this week.
Come on Wildcats-This is our week to get the title back! Lets work hard and do it!!!

Posting Plan for today:
1. Do 35mins. of walking + 45mins. Taibo + 65cruches (challenge 1&2),
2. Stick to my eating plan for the day. 1200cals.
3. Drink 65oz. of water.

My Daily Plan
Today Is my Big interview day, Soooooooo Scary!!! Anyway, I am still feeling like I am ready to give this my all so that is good. Today I plan to up my elliptical time to 15-20 minutes and I will do challenge #2. Along with 20 minutes of floor exercises. As far as my diet goes I am going to stay within my 1200-1500 calorie intake, drink 64 ounces of water/crystal lite, and I am going to start watching my fat intake. I haven;t done this yet but I will see how hard it will be to keep my fat intake under 30 grams.
I love being part of this team, win or lose we are all winners because we are losing and isn\'t it more fun then doing it alone.

Sounds like you have a good plan. I wasn\'t into exercise when I started but now, a few months later, I love it. Yes there are days when I dont feel like it or its hard but most days I feel so good afterwards! Welcome again to the team and have a great day!!!
