Default Wild Cats Serious Section 2nd Week..

This forum is for Wild Cats serious talk about weightloss. This is where you can post your goals or discuss problems with your workouts or food plans and show support for others having the same problems. You can joke in the other forums if you want. We just don't want serious talk to get lost in all the jokes.

Today\'s Plan:
1. Challenge 1 and 2. Cause\'n I need the fruit and I think it\'s high time I start working on jumping jacks.
2. 45min. Taebo
3. 40min. brisk walk
4. Dancing...but that\'s just about everyday.
5. Eat according to plan and drink 65oz of water.

1) My plan is to do 30 minutes of the elliptical
2) Stay on my food plan (1200 calories)
3) Drink 64 ounces of water/crystal light
4) I will do challenge #1
5) Stay Stress Free, (dont need the cortisal storage)

My plan for this week:
1. Start 5k challenge with Tasha
2. Do regular exercise on Rest days
3. Really watch what I eat (NO CANDY!!!)
4. Do all the challenges that WW sends the team.
5. Reach my 180 goal

Stay 100% OP
Run 3 miles and do it with good intensity.
Complete of on my own challenges daily
Drink more water!!!!
Take my Vitamins!!!
Do my running 4 days, brisk walking 2 days and weigh in Sunday!

[SIZE=\"4\"]My plan for the week is the same as always since it is still working. Last week only saw a loss of 2 lbs., but it was still a good loss so I am going to stick to my plan on the assumption that maybe I went through a mini plateau last week. Not gonna be upset over 2 lbs. just because I\'ve gotten used to losing more, but I am planning on adding more intensity since I am so close to my 2nd mini goal of 20% total loss.

For eating, I will stick to the 1200-1500 range, not eating anything three hours before bedtime. I will also drink all my water, which is between 80 oz. - 120 oz., and drink 2-3 glasses of diet green tea each evening after all my water has been drunk.

For exercising, each morning I will do my 40 minutes of strength training. Each afternoon I will do 20-30 minutes of cardio. Each evening I will do 40 minutes of a run/walk on the treadmill.

I will also do at least one of each days challenges given to us from WW. I also do little things here and there throughout the day. Such as a half mile walk around the school block each morning after dropping the boys off, I do 20 leg lunges before each strength training session too. I also get in bike riding or roller skating here for about 30-45 minutes here and there throughout the week with the boys.

I need to start writing this down in an easier to read format! Maybe I should pledge to make that a goal for next week! [IMG]http://

Here is a great link to find out where your BMI number falls into. It gives you another look at the different ranges of obesity. (I hate that word)
