RE: Wild Cats Serious Section 2nd Week..
[SIZE=\"4\"]My plan for the week is the same as always since it is still working. Last week only saw a loss of 2 lbs., but it was still a good loss so I am going to stick to my plan on the assumption that maybe I went through a mini plateau last week. Not gonna be upset over 2 lbs. just because I\'ve gotten used to losing more, but I am planning on adding more intensity since I am so close to my 2nd mini goal of 20% total loss.
For eating, I will stick to the 1200-1500 range, not eating anything three hours before bedtime. I will also drink all my water, which is between 80 oz. - 120 oz., and drink 2-3 glasses of diet green tea each evening after all my water has been drunk.
For exercising, each morning I will do my 40 minutes of strength training. Each afternoon I will do 20-30 minutes of cardio. Each evening I will do 40 minutes of a run/walk on the treadmill.
I will also do at least one of each days challenges given to us from WW. I also do little things here and there throughout the day. Such as a half mile walk around the school block each morning after dropping the boys off, I do 20 leg lunges before each strength training session too. I also get in bike riding or roller skating here for about 30-45 minutes here and there throughout the week with the boys.
I need to start writing this down in an easier to read format! Maybe I should pledge to make that a goal for next week! [IMG]http://
