"Jammin' Jaguar Style" Cheer (week2)..

Hummmmmm...... What pumps me up. You guys keep me pumped, everytime I want to slack or think I can't do it, I imagine yall cheering me on.
Another thing that gets me pumped is the thought of not taking anymore meds for diabetes.
My Music of course, anything with an awsome beat gets me movin.
"How I Unwind"

I take a hot bubble bath with music, candles, incense the whole works. I do this at least once a week.
Every night to unwind I take a hot shower and curl up on the couch under my blankie and watch tv.
I also meditate everyday!!!!!!!!!
