Which group?..

I'm a newbie and I'm not sure which group to join. Is there a difference in weight or age? or just whichever one I choose? I really want a strong support group and I can tell from looking at the Cats and Jaguars threads that both seem to have that, but I'm not sure how to get involved. Thanks!..
