Okay, here's my plan:
M-F 30 mins. cardio (gym, walking, jogging, swim)
Sat-Sun Play, Play, Play with my boys!
T-Th 20-30 mins. strength training
H2O- At least 64 or more oz
Food- Follow my Weight Watchers Core Meal Plan each day! (Low fat, high fiber, high lean proteins, lots of fresh vegies and fruits)
Weight Loss Goal: Want to lose 1-2 lbs. per week.
