Default My Plan!..

My plan for the week:
Keep calories between 1000 - 1200 (except for Friday - party, which will be an incentive for a good week)
Take all supplemets
At least 64 oz of water, fresh or plain hot tea (oolong or green)

Walk/ do stairs/ stretch either with friend after work, or myself at home 5 days - Do all Jaguar challenges

Feel Good!!!!!
