[SIZE=\"4\"]My plan for the week is:
Eat healthy, maintaining the 1200-1500 calorie range.
Drink all my water, which is at least 80 - 120 oz. each day.
Drink 16 - 32 oz. of Diet green tea each evening after all my water has been drunk.
My exercise will consist of a 10 minute walk outside to warm up for my 40 minutes of strength training each morning.
20 - 30 minutes of cardio each midday by either \"Biggest Loser\" dvd, roller skating, riding my bike outdoors, or my elliptical bike.
40 minutes of cardio via treadmill walking each night.
And very importantly, NO EATING of anything at all during the last three hours before I head to sleep.
