Hello Wild Cats!!!!
Power Girl Cindy, maybe you should be called Sexy Cindy!
Last week was my roughest week. But, I\'m back. I ran yesterday for 3 miles in 33 mins which is good for me.
My plan for the week. 3 more days of running, 3 more days of brisk walking and one day of rest. It\'s working for me so I\'m staying put.

OMG...Finally I\'m \"in\"! I have FUNKY COLD MEDINA on my MP# when I workout! I also have Wild Thing too...LOL. (Liked those two from Tone Loc).

Ok, all, here are my goals:
1. workout 30 min a day 5-6 days weekly
2. drink 64 ozs of water a day
3. do 40 leg lift at nite
4. do 40 abd crunches per nite
5. do 20 pushups per nite
6. stay within 1200-1600 calories a day.
7. do the \"extra\" challenge every day
I think that\'s it, lol![IM

[SIZE=\"4\"]My plan for the week is:

Eat healthy, maintaining the 1200-1500 calorie range.

Drink all my water, which is at least 80 - 120 oz. each day.

Drink 16 - 32 oz. of Diet green tea each evening after all my water has been drunk.

My exercise will consist of a 10 minute walk outside to warm up for my 40 minutes of strength training each morning.

20 - 30 minutes of cardio each midday by either \"Biggest Loser\" dvd, roller skating, riding my bike outdoors, or my elliptical bike.

40 minutes of cardio via treadmill walking each night.

And very importantly, NO EATING of anything at all during the last three hours before I head to sleep.
