Jaguars Serious Talk!

My Plan:
Calorie range 1200-1500 daily Water 84+oz daily
30 min cardio on treadmill (am) 45 min treadmill (pm) daily
strength training with 3lb weights 4 days weekly
Ball crunches and push-ups 3 days weekly
My weekly loss goal is 3lbs.

My Plan:
Cardio (various) at LEAST 45 min day
96+ oz water day
Strength train at 3x week
Spinning on Friday
Try to avoid foods w/ high carbs
Hope to lose at least 1 lb!!

Here is my plan...........
Calories between 1200-1550
exercises- workout am 40 min. dvd, Curves M-F and possibly Sat., Crunches 50 day, pushups 50 day, do the challanges. Saturday workouts at least 60 min.,
Water 64 or more oz per day and take the stupid vitamins
Weight loss goal for the week- at least 2 pounds hopefully more!!!

T-Th-S 3 miles on Gazelle and strength training with 5lb weights and crunches, back ext. chest fly, chest presses on exercise ball Plus, lying abduction and adduction 2 rounds of 15 reps each (double for crunches)

Don\'t know what happened. I had that all nice and neat when I hit submit. Anyway, I forgot my \"diet\" (I hate that word).
Trying to keep it under 1500 cals plus at least 63 oz of water. I have a problem with remembering vitamins but when I remember I take \'em.

Do yourself a favor Cindy and put your vitamins in front of the mirror or somewhere that you are sure to see them looking at you everyday. You will start to remember them.
