[SIZE=\"2\"]My goals for today: 40 minutes of cardio + the 15 min dance challenge for today. 45 minutes of strength training to include 60 ball crunches. AT LEAST 64 oz of water (I\'m not off to a very good start with that yet!) and 1500 calories or less.

Okay, I got in my 3 miles today. Now, I just have to do the strength training bit. The competition between the Jags and the Cats has really got me pumped. [SIZE=\"4\"][SIZE=\"6\"]WE CAN DO IT SO LET\'S GET TO IT!![/size][/size] .

This is my plan , and Im just getting started so all this is new to me so yall bear with me!!
Calories 1200-1500
Exercise 30 min in the mornings
Walking or some other form activity in the evenings
I will continue to limit my sodas I am currently down to two a day as opposed to the 6 pack a day I had been drinking
ATLEAST 64 oz of water a day
Im going to try to cut back on the amount of sugar I use to make my tea

Here is my plan...
Exercise for 30-45 mins daily, twice if possible. (Cardio on the treadmill, walking/running in intervals.)
Eat clean... 4-6 mini meals a day.
Drink water as usual, approx 3-4 liters (gallon)
do weights 3-4 times this week.
do stair pushups everyday.
stay in 1200-1500 calorie range.
Most important to stay POSITIVE!!

I managed to stay OP today. I got in all my workouts and stayed under 1500 calories. I still have to dance though!! .
