EXERCISE- BANDS,WEIGHTS...ARM EXERCISES 3/15

EXERCISE STOMACK...4/15 OR MORE
BEHAVIOR-STOP PICKING AT SONS FOOD AND WHILE I AM MAKING DINNER..ALSO STOP PUTTING OFF WHAT I CAN GET DONE TODAY.

Keep calories between 1600 - 1800 with at least 25 g. of fiber
Drink 128 ounces of water
Walk dogs 1 mile
10,000 steps

[FONT=\"Courier]Oatmeal, Cottage Cheese, Yougurt and Salad. 4 Bottles of water and tongiht will be another goal breaker run attempt. But minimum 25 minutes of jogging and 20 minutes of power walking! Then 3 hours of bowling! Part of todays goals is to eat NOTHING at the bowling alley![/font]

My plan:
Cals. 1200-1400
no more than 60 grams of fat per day
atleast 25 grams of fiber and 30 grams of protein daily
Exercise 2x daily (Speedwalk) for atleast 45 minutes
Strength training 3x week
64 oz. water daily
Lose atleast 1 pound this week
*take vitamins and drink vegetable juice

I tried the Kelloggs Special K Protein drink. It tasted pretty okay to me. It\'s best served chilled though. But i liked it.Only 50 calories!.

Good Morning Everyone!

Today my challenge goal is.........

I am limiting myself to 1500 calories a day and I have been doing really good at that sometimes I dont even reach 1500

my other goal is to do much excercise as I can so far I did 45 min of Bellydancing that was quite fun I am planning on doing that a couple more times today at least if not more.

My other goal for today is to go for a walk for at least 20 min my walks normally last a little longer then that cause I love to walk

and last but not least lol I am going to try to send a email to all the team members on Jaguars I spelled that wrongs sorry lol but anyway I am going to try to get to know all of you I love makeing new friends
But for now Everyone have fun
