Here are some of my goals for this week.
I want to do at least 32 miles of wlking/running this week. My goal for last week was to do 20 miles and I did 30. I want to do that plus 2 more. Also do my upper and lower body strength training. (upper 3 days, and lower 3 days) I will add my pilates back in at least 3 days this week and do more ab work as well. I WILL EAT 100% on plan. I do that every week so that is no problem for me.

Just in case you didn\'t get it. ( I sent the challenge out via bulletin post) Here it is again.
Eat 100% on plan......Do 20 extra minutes of cardio, walking, running, etc....
or
eat 100% on plan, do an extra set of reps on every exercise you do with weights
or eat 100% on plan, try a new workout dvd and complete it.

Tasha- 32 miles is awesome!! I haven\'t kept track of how many miles I do but I think I will start this week so I can set a goal in miles. I know each week I try and do my miles faster and at a higher intensity than the week before.
My goals for the week are:

45 mins of walk/running 6 days (tracking my miles)
6 days of at least 30 mins of weight training (3 upper body days, 3 lower body days)
6 days of ab workout (I try and vary the workout but I do at least a 10 min workout)
Eat on plan 6 days
Drink at least 80 oz of water a day

Tasha- Thanks for the daily challenge. I really like the idea of having options. I will go for the eating on plan and adding an extra set of reps of each of my weight training exercises. I have to do some school work (grades are due today) but I am heading to the gym later this morning.

Good Morning.
Goals for the week are 20 miles walking so that it registers as aerobic on my pedometer
Drink 128 ounces of water daily
Stay under 1800 calories with no more than 25 grams of fat
Get set up at the Y for strength training - FINALLY
The challenge I\'ll be doing today is to do an extra 20 minutes and eat on target. I like the options!
