[FONT=\"Verdana,]Alright, I may not get my 45 min in all at once, but i\'ve been walking today in 10 min segments... 10 before work, 10 on a break, 15 at lunch.. and i\'ll get another 10 in on my next break.. then a short workout when i get home....[/font]
[FONT=\"Verdana,]Goal water intake is 66oz, of which i\'ve already had 33...[/font]
[FONT=\"Verdana,]And so far i\'ve had 650 cal. for the day.... goal is to keep it under 1300. [/font]
