Hello Violets,
Ok again.. here I go.. I\'m going to make it short this second time around because I need to go and exercise and get my day started.
I will be following the Fat Resistance diet because it includes lots of anti inflammatory herbs, veggies and fruits which are great for losing weight but also good for my auto immune disease. I will be posting daily what I am eating within my blogs.
Goals for the week:
Stay 100% OP x 6 days.
Exercise 45 mins cardio plus daily challenge x 6.
Drink 64 oz. of water per day.
Post daily within the forum providing support to others and myself.
Eat all foods on my plan and not get lazy with the preparation time. (veggies, herbs, fruits). I find that I skip the veggies if I have to prepare them.
Eat a variety of meals from my plan so that I don\'t get sick of the food and give up on my program - my plan needs to be enjoyable therefore variety is important. I\'m already sick of eggs [IMG

[FONT=\"Verdana,]update- I went to the gym, did 2.5 miles on the treadmill in 35 mins (worked up to 12 incline). Also did 35 mins of lower body weight training with extra reps on each machine for my challenge and 100 crunches. Its beautiful out so we are taking the kids to the park tonight, I\'ll do another 2 miles of walking there. After I get them to bed I will do my ab workout and stretches. Totally OP with eating and had 64 oz of water so far! Ill check in tonight! Weezie[/font]
