[FONT=\"Courier]Yay, I found my way here. My goals for the month are to run 2 miles or 30 minutes, which ever comes first. I also want to be able to do 10 man pushups, I am up to 4! Those should not be so hard. I am still deciding diet at this point. For today I am still phase 1 of south beach! I am still trying to figure all that out![/font]
[FONT=\"Courier]So for Today though. 100% phase 1 eating. 50 minutes on the elliptical tonight and it is still a toss up of a walk at the park with my boy or 30 minutes of pilates, I will post tongiht what I do as I am stuck behind my desk until 4:00 p.m.[/font]

I\'m no good at this goal posting stuff... but I can tell you what I\'ve done so far today. I got up way too early and walked my dogs, and did 15minutes of my favorite cardio dvd and did 15 minutes on my Gazelle... my meals are totally fixed and planned for today so I\'m right on target. Oh and I already have my clothes layed out for after work to walk the dogs a mile and then do another 20 minutes of cardio. Today\'s not my weight training day so for the challenge I\'ll have to either switch dvd\'s and do my extra or do more of the one I\'m planning on doing... either way I\'m right on track for today. It\'s funny, this morning a co-worker told me, \" I just don\'t know how you can get up that early and workout\".... and I thought the exact same thing as I did yesterday when all the drama was going on about the strick rules and what people can and can\'t do. For me it\'s really simple.... I\'m sick and tired of being Fat! I\'m done, I\'m over it. When you get to that point in your life, you will let NOTHING stand in your way. When you get to that point, you will stop making excuses, and you will just do it. I am very fortunate that after years of trying, I have found the right combination of diet, excersize, and thanks to you guys, support. I know I don\'t say alot in here, but you can be sure I read when I can and I obsorbe the possitive mojo. I slept through most of yesterdays conversations, that is why I\'m posting my group Thank You now. I may be the quietest member of the group, but I\'m still here and I\'m still appreciative of all of Tasha\'s work.
GO BLUE!!!

Thanks Kait. You are doing so great. I agree, some have to get fed up with their lifestyle and be willing to do what it takes. Yo aren\'t the quietest member. We have alot that don\'t bother to come to the forums. Sometimes I only hear from them on weigh in days. That is all I want mostly, do the work and weigh in.

I will let you know! Does running count? Or do I have to walk it all? I think I will try to wlk it all first to get a gage on who I am doing in the time frame.
