RE: Hottie Serious Section 8th week
[SIZE=\"4\"]My plan for the week is, again, same old same old really. While it\'s working, why change it, right? hehe
Eating - 1200-1500 calorie range, while continuing to avoid junk foods and no eating three hours before I go to sleep.
Exercising - 40 minutes strength training in the morning, 30 minutes cardio mid afternoon and 40 minutes walking in the evening. I wanna brag here because I\'m excited about my progress (I hope you don\'t mind!). I am now at walking for 6 minutes at 3.2 MPH and jogging for 4 minutes at 3.6 MPH for my 40 minutes of treadmill time. I am progressing quite well from the 2.2 MPH walk I was doing when I first started 12 weeks ago.
I will also do at least 1 part of each day\'s challenge given to us from WW.
Support and encourage all my buddies however I can.
No alcohol, no soda, no sunflower seeds...I gave up all these things when I started on 1/7/07 and will continue to not eat or drink them, even when we have company for Easter vacation.[/size]
