To do all the challanges no matter how hard!!!!
To get in all my water and take those stupid vitamins
Keep my calories between 1200 and 1500
As for exercise at least 60 min of cardio and all my crunches, pushups, and weights each day.
Kids are off for Spring break so I am spring cleaning so I will get plenty of exercise. Plus I am moving all the furniture in the house and sweeping and mopping all the floors this week too. WOOHOO GO ME!!!!!!!!!!!

My plan this week is to do all the challenges and to increase my weights in strengthening. I am also going to start Taebo this week. I am really going to watch what I eat this week, and try to eat small portions at Easter dinner and not go back for seconds..

I NEED TO THINK ABOUT THIS. I WANT TO UP MY WORK-OUT . I WILL BE ON VACATION NEXT WEEK.SO I REALLY WANT TO GET IN A GOOD WEEK BEFORE I GO .I JUST NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH TIME I NEED TO DEDICATE. I\'ve gotten this week\'s plan from a fellow runner I\'ve grown to respect because of his knowledge so this week is NO BREAD, PASTA, PROCESSED SUGAR, OR WHITE FLOUR. Low carb but NOT no carbs. For someone that likes to think of her eating plan as anything I want

[SIZE=\"4\"]My plan for the week is, again, same old same old really. While it\'s working, why change it, right? hehe

Eating - 1200-1500 calorie range, while continuing to avoid junk foods and no eating three hours before I go to sleep.

Exercising - 40 minutes strength training in the morning, 30 minutes cardio mid afternoon and 40 minutes walking in the evening. I wanna brag here because I\'m excited about my progress (I hope you don\'t mind!). I am now at walking for 6 minutes at 3.2 MPH and jogging for 4 minutes at 3.6 MPH for my 40 minutes of treadmill time. I am progressing quite well from the 2.2 MPH walk I was doing when I first started 12 weeks ago.

I will also do at least 1 part of each day\'s challenge given to us from WW.

Support and encourage all my buddies however I can.

No alcohol, no soda, no sunflower seeds...I gave up all these things when I started on 1/7/07 and will continue to not eat or drink them, even when we have company for Easter vacation.[/size]
