My plan for the week:

Exercise:
As many push-ups as I can possibly do since that doesn\'t involve my abs.
At least 30 min walk every day after hubby gets home from work.

Food:
Continue with my healthy choices and portions. Doing really well with this! The only thing I\'m having a hard time with is remembering to eat!! I get so busy with all the kids\' needs, I forget to feed myself. I also need to be drinking more water. I\'m not getting nearly as much as I\'m supposed to while breastfeeding. So, I will drink 4 bottles (16oz) of water a day. (Way better than the 1 I get in now! Yikes - I hate water...)

[SIZE=\"4\"]Yikes! I forgot to put in the water and green tea I will drink!

I will continue to drink nothing but my water and green tea every day. I will drink my minimum of 80 oz., but likely will have 120 oz. each day. Then in the evening I will drink my 16-32 oz. of Arizona diet green tea.

These are incredibly easy for me to do now, but I still want to make sure I make a pledge to continue to do so. Don\'t wanna go slacking off now![/size]

I WILL BE ON VACATION NEXT WEEK.SO I REALLY WANT TO GET IN A GOOD WEEK BEFORE I GO .I JUST NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH TIME I NEED TO DEDICATE. Nikki, don\'t forget some of the healthy choices that bring you energy. A vitamin C snack can give you a little kick. Maybe some fruit or a small juice can give you that kick. And of course, plenty of water..

I had a couple oranges yesterday and I brought 3 apples to work today to give me that sugar kick should I need it but so far so good. I wish there was a way you could look at my food journal I\'m keeping on here. Does anyone know how to let other people see it?

#5 DIET 1200-1500 CAL A DAY WATCH THE CARBS NOTHING WHITE, FRIED, AND NO SUGAR
#6 DRINK MY WATER
