Hello Hotties. This week my plan is to increase my cardio. I have been doing about 45-60 minutes daily. i plan to bump that up to about 90 minutes daily. i need to take in all my H2O. thats one of my problems. I would love to see another 4lb weight loss this week and get in to the 190s. lots of hottie love.

My plan..... Daily
Cardio = 30 min (am) + 30 min (pm)
Strength = 30 min total crunches, light weights, push ups
Calories = 1200 - 1400
water = 84oz +
Weekly Goal = 3lb loss

My plan for the week is:
1. Do cardio at least 4 days
2. Do strength training for 3 days
3. At least 64 oz. of water daily
4. Go for a walk outdoors at least once
5. Get on the elliptical twice
6. Do abs workout at least 3 days

Goals for the week..............
Calories- 1400-1600
Exercise- Curves- 5 days, walking- 30 min.- 3 days or more, DVD- 3 days or more, Abs, weights, and legs- 3 days or more
Water- at least 64 oz. a day and take those stupid vitamins that I need to have taped to my forehead to remember.
Weight loss this week- aiming for 3-4 pounds will hit mini goal in just 5 pounds!!!!!!!!

Watch The Carbs
Get The Water In
It\' S Going To Be Pretty Weather All Week Either Walk In Or Out Of Work (about A 20 Min Walk)
Tom Is Out The Door Today -i Plan On Being Below 210 On Sundays Weight In

Hi Everyone,
My name is Mona and I\'m a new member to the Hotties team, and I hope I don\'t disapoint anyone. I\'m not really sure what my plan will be for this week, but I know it will be to eat right, and exercise as much as I can.
I\'m not sure about calories either, that\'s another area that has me completely confused????? But I\'m learning slowly but surely. I have been a yo yo weight wise for a bit over a year, and now I\'m finally losing again yay for me. I\'m so happy that I\'m losing I want this weight G O N E gone, gone, gone, I\'m tired of being big. I know I need to do this for my overall health and well being. I have osteoperosis and osteo arthritis, along with a thyroid problem and a host of other small things, which aren\'t important, but I know that losing weight will help the three big problems I\'ve got.
Sorry to rant but that had to come out. Can\'t wait

I have some of the same ailments as you and I know how hard it is to get started. I am feeling better every week. The osteoperosis is a big factor in my wanting to lose the weight. I want off my pain meds. Working out reg. is the best way to keep myself from having to take them. My advice is to start slow on the high impact excercises, you can cause lots of damage if you don\'t do them right. Feel free to message me if you want a little one on one advice! ~Sissy

[/t]Hey ladies!!! I am a new member to the Red Hotties. I am trying to lose weight so I can be healthier for my family. My plan for this week is to watch what I eat and not snack on sweets. I am going to do cardio 6 out of 7 days this week and conditioning on 3 out of 7 days. We get my step-daughter every other weekend and spend a lot of time on the road, which means eating out a lot, but I am getting on all the fast food sites and checking out what is the best option when we stop to eat.
