Good Morning Hotties!
I am up and at it this morning! I started my morning with 30 min of cardio on the treadmill at 4 am! I have had one orange and a half cup of oats with 2% milk! +24oz. of water, now water comes easy for me since I have dropped the soda. So I will get all of that in today for sure. I know that this is the cheer section, but I wanted to post this here. For you all to cheer like me when I do what I said I would! GO ME!!!!!!
TOM has finally left the building here, so I think I could be down even more than yesterday! I am putting this out there because I know that it visited alot of us this past week, and I don\'t want anyone to be discouraged by not showing a big loss! Sometimes things happen like that. Water weight is much easier to lose than fat! I am so proud of the Hotties for all of the hard work that we put in to win! Even if we don\'t we should be proud of the new frienships and team spirit that pushes the Blue Violets to out lose us!
We can\'t let the Violets get 2 in a row that isn\'t the Hottie way!
