It\'s Monday and I feel good I got out of bed at 3:30 this morning and started my cardio about 4 Iwas only about half way in when I started thinking about how we really lost 50lbs this week! last month we lost 149 lbs. So in 5 weeks we shed 199lbs.
Go Hotties Go Go Go! Soon it will be were did you go go go Hotties!!!!!
