Hey my fellow Hotties!!!!!!!!! Welcome Celene and HAPPY BIRTHDAY JANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tell you what my hips are so sore this morning from my walk yesterday it ain\'t even funny. I took the dogs out in our front field to walk, and I promise all there are is hills. You walk up one then come to a flat spot, then what you see is the hill you have to walk down and this other hill to go up and I promise it is nearly straight up. I had it in my mind I was gonna get up it and I did. WOOHOO!!!! Even the dogs were tired when we got home. It was a little over 2 1/2 hour walk. I am proud of myself though. So lets get that workout in. OK.

I am gonna do my best I think 3 pounds will be my goal for the week. Only have 8 pounds before I hit my mini goal so I am looking forward to that. If anyone wonders why I set my mini goals so low it is because I like instant gratification. And also my husband treats me for every 10 pounds I lose and I get bigger treats for the bigger losses. Like when I hit my mini goal all in all I will have lost 50 pounds WOOHOO!!!! I get to get my hair done. Cut permed. I have long hair and this costs about $130 so it is a big deal to me. Can\'t wait only 8 pounds to go. Everyone work hard. Let me see you sweat!!!!!!!!!!!
