hey everyone!

First let me say thanks for letting me join the team. Im so excited about this! I have so many workout tapes but my favorites are Denise Austines Pilates, 8min abs 8min buns, and I also like Carmen Electras series. My biggest problem is that my husband works 3rd shift so he wants me to go back to sleep with him after I take the kids to school, an ive fallen into that routine. By the time I get back up half the day is gone. So my goal the rest of the week is to stay up, workout and maybe have a little energy for a change!!!
