Hey Allie, I know what you mean about your dress. Like, we can all fit in things that aren\'t really our size but that doesn\'t mean it looks good either. Wow, if your about a size 10, then you don\'t have much too lose.
You know, sometimes I see women wearing tight things that don\'t look good on them (like too tight) but I have to give them credit for wearing it. Like they have a confidence level that say\'s \"I look good no matter what.\" But, I can\'t do that. I used to see women at the clubs wearing too tight and to small but they are having lots of fun. Regardless of the people pointing and staring. I envy that confidence.

Shannon, I\'m curious to know what your exercise program is. Like how many days do you do it, and what is it?.

I definately understand about the confidence, I wish I could feel that way sometimes about my body! Just wont happen any time soon, If it feels snug on me, it is to tight and I move to something else!! If anything just to be able to wear a tank top in the summer would be super!!! .

Girl, I hear you about the tank top. I didn\'t see where you were from but I\'m in Texas and it can get hot pretty much all of the time. Even winter can get hot at times which doesn\'t really start until maybe October and that\'s just 60\'s..

I could not live in the cold. I think it would be harder for me personally to stick to a diet in the cold. When it gets cold here, I don\'t want to do anything. Tell me, is it hard to stay motivated in that kind of weather? Or do you just get really used to it that it doesn\'t affect your mood?.

I have used the cold as an excuse for too many years, it\'d to cold not going to go out. This year however, as long as there is not a foot of snow on the ground or if it is not to Icy I bundle up and head out, after a few minutes I am warm and feel great, having to stay inside is what lost my motivation and I just did not want to do anything, now I am going to have to get used to working out in the heat as spring and summer come, to tell you the truth I would much rather be out there in the cold, you dont get to over heated and there are not to many people outside! I like it! .

I personally hate the cold, but I don;t let it slow me down. Winter makes me want to bubdle up on the couch and watch movies but I force myself to stay on track. (most of the time) Summer is my downfall. Going to the fairs, and cooking out....all the good food is what breaks me.
