no pleges yet!Hey team let\'s not get to comfortable!I have a busy week this week.So this is what I will do
work out AT LEAST 45 MIN- BIKE OR VIDEO/STOMACK WORK OUT/ARMS
CALS-AT LEAST-1400/1600(I STILL CAN\'T DO THE 1600.

I am trying to count calories I want to stay in 1500 but for some reason I stay under is that healthy? I want to log my daily intake of foods and try to work out a bit more.

Cloty, if I\'m not mistaken, for a woman you can go as low as 1200 for healthy weight loss. So, I think it\'s 1200 - 1500. Plus, I looked it up for my husband last night and his minimum is 1500 and that\'s a starting poing for a man..

Ok for me this week
1200-1500 calories
Exercise- Curves- 5 days, cardio 3 days, strength 2 days, will probably get in more but my knees and hips are bothering me
Take my vitamins and get in at least 8 glasses of water a day.

WOOOOOO HOOOOOO!!! I\'m so pumped for this week. I\'m changing things up a bit to trick the body. I\'m not sure if I\'m at a plateau or if the remnants of TOM are still with me but either way, I\'m STOKED!!!! I have an aversion for the 1200 calorie range so thanks for bringing this subject up. I just want to be sure my body has what it needs to do it\'s thing but I\'m going to have to bite the bullet and try the 1200 for a few days this week. No problem....No sweat!!! Here ya go:
