Well I am having a hard time. My doctor says I am anemic and has put me on iron pills. She also wants me to up my calories. I am trying to stay on track and things are always getting in the way. I will figure something out though.

Just do what the doc told up and up your calories. Just make sure you still work out and you\'ll still be successful. How much calories does he want you to have. How much were you having prior to his advice today?.

You\'ll be ok Crystal, believe me. You have to do what the doctor says for now, but in time when the weight comes off, you\'ll be happy you did. You have to do this right. You have medical conditions that warrant doing this differently, but it will come off. You just have to be patient. And the day we read that blog from you that the diabetes is under control for good, we\'ll still be here rooting for you. Take care of yourself! Peace Out...

I upped my calories and managed to get them all in. I will still exercise but not as much as I was. Well maybe I will just going to cut it down from 1- 30 min. to 2- 15 min. I am really not feeling well at all. Kinda sick feeling and a little dizzy, but I will be fine. I still plan on losing at least a pound anyway.

Crystal, I\'m glad you\'re upping your calories and following your Dr and nutritionist\'s orders. Remember that this is ULTIMATELY about YOU and I think all Hotties agree that your health is #1 ~ NO EXCEPTIONS. The weight will come off with that range. I was on that range for my first couple of weeks and pulled great losses so don\'t worry and just try it out. I\'m sure between your Dr and nutritionist, they\'ll help you figure things out if you\'re struggling or not losing.

Nikki - I honestly see nothing wrong with what you did. Now if you said, I had a choice between a salad and a cupcake, then Houston, we got a problem. But, you chose a whole grain item. Whole Grain is good for you all the way around. There is so much nutrition in that you can\'t go wrong! Lovin\' the good food choices.
And this is my honest answer. Otherwise, you know I\'d say something else about it.

Ok, yesteday I ran my 2 3/4 miles and walked the last 1.4 mile. I also did 5 mins on the stair stepper.
Gilbert worked out again last night, made healthy choices and here\'s the good news, he saw a nice loss this morning! Boy I hope he hangs on to it!

Here are my new goals. Calories 1800-2000 shooting more for the 1800
exercise Curves W-F, walking 30 min, DVD 30 min., do some weights W & F,
I can do this I know I can. OK not can will. I will do this!!!
And I will pull a loss this week!!!
