Vanessa, that sounds like a real good plan. And you know that cardio your doing in the morning is really going to give your metabolism a boost to last through out the day so that is wonderful. Now the water thing can be hard but you really do need because it helps you have good workouts. Honestly, you will be peeing alot but work with it. And I read that if you put your water in a pretty glass, that it can make it more inviting. Play with your brain. I\'m gonna be watching you like a hawk Vanessa now that you have made your plan known for all the world to see. [IM

[b][i]There\'s a lot of good advice here and I\'m glad Janis dropped by and gave that input. I\'ve done the 1200-1500 range thing and I was not doing well on my plan because I was CONSTANTLY hungry. I agree 100% that all that \"expert\" advice does not fit all. You have to find what works for you and what your individual goals are and then you\'ll succeed. The great thing is I feel and see how much we all want it so there\'s no reason why each and everyone of us will not succeed. [IMG]http://72.52.165.61/

Okay, my plan this week. Going to the gym 5 mornings. (walking and the weight machines). The other two days with video\'s at the house. I\'m going to stay OP every day! I don\'t want WW to have to wear that sign!

Ok, hottie sisters, I have to confess. I have a bad back due to an old hip fracture. I somehow managed to mess it up a little last nite, and am very sore today. So I wasn\'t able to do my workout this morning[IMG]htt

I have to work out and keep moving to keep the pain of severe arthritis and degenrative disk from settling in my back agian. Sore from workouts is nothing compared to the pain and stiffness of being seditary! I am not kidding when I say work through the pain! If I don\'t I my never be able to get started agian. I am still on anitinfalmitories, and pain meds. But am slowly working toward getting off all meds I have cut myself back on the pain pills since I have upped my strength training. And the water instead of soda is helping with inflamation in my joints.
Kama, I understand the flare ups can get you down and I am proud thet you are not giving up on the workouts totally. You will recover quicker this way just don\'t over do it and watch that cals when you are less active OK

I promise to take care of myself. I do know that I can\'t stop moving entirely, my dr told me long ago when I was first diagnosed with fibromyalgia, that I had to keep moving, because if I didn\'t I would lose what ,mobility I have. So I won\'t stop.[IMG]http://
