Congratulations on everybuddy\'s personal loss. That is how it is done! No slackin\' or slippin\' this week! We have set the bar so high! We showed the Violets that it can be done. I expect that they are going to show us a thing or two about what they have learned from us. That just because we may slip off plan a little we just get back on and work twice as hard. So be watching for them to really lose some major weight this week! You know they want it BAD don\'t you?

Ok Hotties, I got Gilbert (the hubby) up at 7:00 am this moring to go workout. I am going to log every crumb that man eats! I am going to make sure he is taking in enough calories. We talked and all this week he will visit the gym in the moring and in the evening. So, if he doesn\'t show a loss this week, it is off to the Doc\'s office.
And this is his doctor so I guess I\'ll be going with him.
