Default Gym

I am going to work out my hour or a bit more (when ever posible) and I am going to increase my walk at that track by 2 I usually walk 12 times around the track.
I don't do any weights the trainer at the gym keeps saying I need to loose more because then I will start getting muscle and it will be harder to loose the fat. Do any of you know if that is true?
Drink water water water and hope to loose more than 2lbs this week.

I am not sure if that is true, but I did read this morning that the best time to work out is in the morning if it is pounds you are looking to lose, and better to work out in the evening if it is muscle you want to gain. Needless to say, I stick to the A.M workout!.

You\'ve definitely been misinformed. Strength training is great for you because it builds muscle and muscle needs more calories just to get through the day. That is one reason why men tend to loose weight at a better pace then women, they have more muscle mass then we do. Seems to me you should probably get a different trainer.
