I\'m trying to focus on my upper back right now. I tried the routine this morning and it was AWESOME. Try the one arm pull-downs, they\'re great and they BURN!!! HOTTIE SYLE!!! Hold dumbbells over your head and bring one down as if you\'re pulling it down (so you have to use lots of control), palms facing toward your head, pull all the way down slighty below your shoulder and repeat. I could only do one set today but the trainer had those ladies doing 2 sets of like 20 reps......AWESOME AWESOME I tell you! [IMG]http://72.52.165.61/
