Yep no food before bed. My doctor also told me to drink my water as cold as I can because your body has to work harder to warm it up and when your body works harder it burns more calories.[I

Sounds good Vanessa. Add in the rule where you stop eating 2-3 hours before bedtime and make sure your walk on the treadmill is a good brisk walk. Also, remember you\'re part of a team, so maybe make a Hottie sign and put it on the fridge or a little one in the car to remind you what your working for.

Ok, here is my pledge for the week:
1. to lose at least 2 lbs.
2. drink 64 ozs of water a day.
3. not eat anything within 2-3 hours of bed time
4.do at least 30 min of physical activity 5 days a week.
Stay within my 1200-1600 calorie a day limit 6 out of 7 days.
GO HOTTIES!!!

This is my progress for today
1372 calories (1200-1500) done that
84.5 oz water (64 oz.) done that
Curves 30 min Done
Biggest Loser dvd 30 min. done
walking 30 min. done
other exercises 30 min. done
plus I did an extra 15 min. exercise, 20 min. stretching, 15 min dance, and 20 min. yoga
I also took my vitamins.
Now I am tired and going to get some things done and go to bed.

My pledge for the week:
To do a hill walk on the treadmill everyday for 30 min
Eat more fruit (Good Carbs) less bad carbs
Drink my 10+ glasses of H2O per day.
get the right amount of sleep
Do my pilates every other day
And beat the BLUES!!

How true Nikki-My body can go 5lbs up then 5 down.I am sure you will be down by SUNDAY..
