I am getting ready to leave for the gym. I plan to do 5 mins on the bike, 30 mins on the treadmill, and 25 mins of lower body weight training. Later today I plan on doing a 10 min ab workout, my 1 mile power walk workout and stretching. I will follow my healthy eating plan, drink at least 90ozs of water and stay as active as I can!
