I knew you wouldn\'t quit Diane!!! You all don\'t have to say that you are still in, I just wanted the no shows to let me know if they were in or out. I am not waiting around though, We have implemented a new rule....if you no show for 2 weeks in a row, then you will be dropped from the team. Sorry, but it\'s a waste of mine and wonderwoman\'s time if you ask to be on a team and then no show. I hope everyone understands.

Goals for Monday are as follows:
Walk with kids and dog for 1/2 mile
60 minutes on elliptical
Begin relearning Tai Chi Chuan
Drink 130 ounces of water

My goals for today:
100 jj\'s, 74 lunges, pilates dvd, 45 min of cardio and lower body strength training. Take vitamins, drink 80+ oz of water and stayp 100% eating. Have a great day!

I am getting ready to leave for the gym. I plan to do 5 mins on the bike, 30 mins on the treadmill, and 25 mins of lower body weight training. Later today I plan on doing a 10 min ab workout, my 1 mile power walk workout and stretching. I will follow my healthy eating plan, drink at least 90ozs of water and stay as active as I can! Wow you all are so busy =)
O pledge to work my body everyday, today will be a nice 30 minute walk followed by 55 minutes of Tae-Bo tonght and to take those damn vitamins, I can never remember to do that!!! GO BLUE!!!
