Hello ladies,
today is a little better. The kids did okay at the y today, until my son caught sight of me. Tomorrow I\'m going to get set up with all the weight machines (NOT free weights). Will be doing my actual work out at home today and tomorrow.
Tasha, hope you didn\'t get a migraine. I can\'t imagine hell being worse than a migraine.
