I want to continue the challange until I reach my ultimate goal(s).
My plan is mostly the same this week only because I am just now starting to form these changes to habits at this point. If I stop losing then I plan to add exercise for toning my back .
I am keeping my cals @ 1200-1300
no sweets(Pepsi), low carb, high fiber (I\'m doing the ACV Jane\'s advice) Fresh fruit, Veggis, lean meat,poultry, fish
Exercise Walking = 1 hr. 30 min.+ 30 min. ball for 6 days
My personal weekly goal = 3lbs.
Take an extra 30 min. of me time
And of course be here to keep making up silly rhymes to help keep everybuddy motivated everyday!
