Hello Fellow Hotties,
Here\'s my promise/pledge to all my buddies for next week.
- Exercise AM & PM everyday this week.
- Don\'t eat over 20 carbs per day.
- Drink 64 oz. of Water Per Day
- Not to weigh myself until Sunday morning. Weighing myself early will only set me up for disappointment if I don\'t lose enough and therefore may trigger a binge. It\'s sad but true - a huge problem of mine.
- Not to eat any SF candy that is loaded with calories. Even though I will not gain weight, I will not lose weight either.
- I\'ll posting daily to keep up my motivation and to cheer other members on.
- I\'ll make sure that I eat my required amount of protein per meal therefore keeping my cravings/appetite under control.
Ok! That should do it. I hope everyone follows my lead, adding your pledge to the team online.

I want to continue the challange until I reach my ultimate goal(s).
My plan is mostly the same this week only because I am just now starting to form these changes to habits at this point. If I stop losing then I plan to add exercise for toning my back .
I am keeping my cals @ 1200-1300
no sweets(Pepsi), low carb, high fiber (I\'m doing the ACV Jane\'s advice) Fresh fruit, Veggis, lean meat,poultry, fish
Exercise Walking = 1 hr. 30 min.+ 30 min. ball for 6 days
My personal weekly goal = 3lbs.
Take an extra 30 min. of me time
And of course be here to keep making up silly rhymes to help keep everybuddy motivated everyday!
KEEP ROCKIN\' RED HOTTIES!!!!!!!

*raises right hand and promises* I will hold to every word of my plan!

Lori, let\'s be more specific. What is your work out plan? Is it a video or riding a bike? And how many minutes do you have planned for it. I want specifics so I can make sure you stay on your program..

Hi WW,
I will ride my stationary bike at least 45 mins and jog on my mini trampoline 30 mins prior to bedtime to help remove the sugar from my blood therefore allowing me to burn stored fat while I\'m sleeping.

I pledge to loose 3 lbs this next week by:

40 minutes strength training in the morning, Monday - Saturday

40 minutes walking Monday - Saturday

20 minutes on my eliptical bike on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

20 minutes Biggest Loser DVD Monday, Wednesday & Friday

I will eat between 1200-1500 calories, and it will be all GOOD FOR YOU foods, no sweets or sodas! I will also make sure to drink all my daily water, which is 80 oz. and then drink two glasses of Arizona diet green tea each night.

I also pledge to do my best NOT to fall down the stairs this week! [IMG]

Okay Wonder Woman, here\'s Nikki\'s plan for WEEK 3:
~ Stay within my calorie range all week (1500-1800)
~ Monday/long run 3.5 miles (done) ~ Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday/strength training upper body, 10 minute Abs DVD, 15 minute Stretching DVD ~ Wednesday 2.5 mile run ~ Friday 2.0 mile run ~ 6 WORKOUTS
