RE: Blues CTW----WEEK 2 THREAD
Hello again Blue! Regardless of the Red teams victory, each and every one of is that stuck in there and sent in weights is a winner as well!
Now, whats the plan to regroup and kick Red\'s behind next week??? lol
Personally, I am hoping this week will not be near as busy as last so that I can make it to the gym more. I still lost 3 lbs, but there were still things I could have done better such as eating more veggies and less prepackaged snacks, and getting to the gym during the week.
Here is a tenative list for the new week, using what starting weights I have for this week. Keep in mind that we round .5 lb and up to the next highest whole number, and .4 down to the next lowest whole number. If you notice an error, please let me know!
ALSO---****if for some reason your name is on this list and you no longer wish to participate, please let me know ASAP. (Hopefully that won\'t be the case!)
