Default Blues CTW----WEEK 2 THREAD

Hey guys! Red beat us this week, so gear up to work extra hard this coming week! I posted a seperate blog w/ the results. I will post more later, I have to bring my son and his friend to the movies.
Regardless of Red's numbers being higher, everyone did a great job. Even if you didn't pull out the numbers you wanted you still all worked hard towards your personal and team goals. If you didn't lose as much as you would have liked, just learn from it and apply what you have learned this week to make next weeks weigh in a great one!
Great job everyone! I will post an updated list for the team when I get back this evening.
Special recognition goes out to Tina and Lori who each led the team by losing 4 lbs each! Great job!

Hello again Blue! Regardless of the Red teams victory, each and every one of is that stuck in there and sent in weights is a winner as well!
Now, whats the plan to regroup and kick Red\'s behind next week??? lol
Personally, I am hoping this week will not be near as busy as last so that I can make it to the gym more. I still lost 3 lbs, but there were still things I could have done better such as eating more veggies and less prepackaged snacks, and getting to the gym during the week.
Here is a tenative list for the new week, using what starting weights I have for this week. Keep in mind that we round .5 lb and up to the next highest whole number, and .4 down to the next lowest whole number. If you notice an error, please let me know!
ALSO---****if for some reason your name is on this list and you no longer wish to participate, please let me know ASAP. (Hopefully that won\'t be the case!)

Good morning Blue!! Ok, today is my day to refocus and work my butt of (literally!!) so that next Sundays weigh in is even better for me!
I will still pledge 2 pounds, even though secretly I want at least 4 (Ok, I would be even happier if I lost about 130 by next week, but 2 lbs will just have to do!)
I will also make sure and get to the gym both Tuesday and Thursday, and on the other week days I will make sure and get at least a 30 min walk or stair climb (ugh..the worst).
For a daily goal, although I am not going over my calories, I still want to get in more fruits and veggies.
How bout you guys? What are your personal daily and weekly goals? Anything you want to do different this week than last week? (Besides beat the red team!!)
GO BLUE!!!

I guess I will have to crack that whip even harder this week!
My goal is to go the the YMCA everday during the week and start my weights back up again. I will do them at least 3 times this week after my 45 minutes of cardio. I will do my pilates everyday and my 60+ lunges every other day. I WILL stay 100% OP too.
My goal is to lose 2 lbs for the weigh in. (I hope to get more though)
Kick butt BLUE!

Hello again awesome Blue team!! I know I posted an updated list, but I just wanted to add a couple of things... We have another new Blue member, Sylvia and Lori will be going to the Red team. The other 2 new members are Stephanie, Kristy, Jenn and Jamie. The ones we got weights for on Sunday did great, so they will make our team even stronger! Both the red and blue team have an equal amount of members (16).
Welcome to all the new Blue members--you are in great company with the members of this team!
