And Cindy, I wanted to mention, I don\'t know if you have a YMCA over in your area but we have a great one here and they really don\'t have a contract. Just a month to month with a 30 day notice of cancellation. Just an FYI. Maybe your area has the same.

I am going to step it up a little for the next 2 days if I can. I want to go to bed really tired tonight so I am adding some butterflies on the belly ball No weights yet Because I have never done them before. I\'m not sure it will help the weight loss but I wan\'t to start something for these wings I have just flapping in the breeze. LOL.

Nikki, I think that\'s perfect. You have to do something faithful for a little while to see if it works for you. Then you can look at it again. Is it perfect for me, am I hurting normally or really in pain or am I losing any weight or whatever. You gotta start somewhere and then make change as you go..

I think it sounds like you have a plan Nikki! You are doing great sticking to it! Once you have worked out at one time it does not take as long to see results when you pick it back up. I am looking forward to seeing the changes Sunday! Rock on!.

Nikki, I haven\'t exercised since high school. LONG time ago. When I first did my TurboJam, I couldn\'t keep up, but I kept moving anyway. After 3 weeks, I not only keep up, but I\'m not even doing the \"low impact\" version. 3 weeks!! It doesn\'t take long at ALL. Take one thing at a time. You know what isn\'t good food, and you know what is. Do not keep ANY crappy food in your house -- if it isn\'t there, you won\'t eat it. And just stay focused on the big picture. I just have to think about it and it makes me smile. Think about that! Peace Out....

Aside from my slip-up last night, which really wasn\'t all that bad (I still had a decent calorie deficit for the day), I\'ve been eating WAY less than I did before I started counting and I\'ve been exercising every day (which I didn\'t do before.) How come I haven\'t budged? I was 170.14 on Monday and I was 170.12 this morning. I don\'t get it. [IMG]http://72.52.165.61/vbuletin/[/I

Hmmm. I\'d like to know the answer to that too. But, I can get on the scale one day and it say a number and it would say that number for 2 or 3 days and then out of the blue, a smaller number appears. He might ask you if your eating enough. Supposedly, if you don\'t eat enough calories (at least 1200) your body could store some of those calories because it knows it won\'t be getting any more food any time soon. They in turns those calories into fat. But, when you find out what they say, let us know..

Ditch it Betsy -- nothing can come good out of that crap. It does make you bloat, so maybe your hanging onto some water weight. I like water, but am not a lover.....I do the Crystal Light and I get it in just fine. The scale will move -- just stop any pop, low cal or any. You can do it! Peace Out...

You can let the Soda go! I have after drinking it for 5 years everyday and I don\'t care if it is what was keeping me from losing or not. I just feel better knowing I can let it go if I want to. Water has never tasted better than it does right now. Good luck on finding your answer Betsy!.
