Default Sunday weigh in

Hello everyone! I weighed myself this morning & I am still up 1 pound since starting but I am down 5 pounds for the week, so I don't know which counts. I exercised 4 times this week (5 if you count today?).
I am having trouble knowing how many calories I should eat. I have heard that if you want to lose weight, you should eat 1200/day. I don't think that is enough for my weight. I have been eating 1600/day, & I still feel hungry a lot of the time.
I hope everyone did good for this weeks challenge, but if you didn't it's okay tomorrow is another day. It is great to know that I can come on here & be brutally honest about my weight & eating habits & not have to worry about people thinking I am out of my mind or making fun of me.
Bye buddies...

Try adding more protein to your diet. It keeps you feeling full longer.

According to the \"Biggest Loser\" books, you should take your weight and multiply it by 7. If you are under 150 or over 300 lbs, you use 150 or 300 as your weight. The number you get is how many calories you should be eating. If you hit a plateau, recalculate how many calories you should eat, and adjust accordingly.
Hope this helps!

Thank you so much. That sounds much better at 1722/day. Maybe I won\'t feel so hungry now.
