Default The 5 a day diet.

Naturally doing what the TV says...
5 fruits or vegs aday...
Orange juice and water...
Weet-a-bixs or musli for breakfast.
A sandwich with alot of salad for lunch... and a healthy cooked meal in the evening... If i feel hungry i eat rice cakes i do like themmm or make a smoothie =P
Orange Juice
Banana
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blackberries...
is nice...
