A juice diet is good for cleaning out your system, but I wouldn\'t recommend it for more than a couple of days - 3 at most. Although, there are some juice diets that go for long than that. It\'s usually a good thing to talk about with your dr before doing, and get his or her opinion on the matter. There are a lot of different ways to do a juice diet. But you have to be careful because some people\'s bodies just can\'t handle them.
