Default Results during the Challenge

I joined New Years Challenge a week ago and I did work on that, even if first time maybe in 5 years I had a little fever and didn’t feel well. Not to mention Tom’s visit >>
So I did exercise couple times in the beginning of the week and then I had to just focus on the food and calories intake, and I did great
I really watch fat gram, I’m trying to get as less fat grams as I can and try to have just healthy fat grams if is possible
So with classics from now – oatmeal breakfast, fruits and veggies, fat free yogurts, as much water I can take - not too much though, healthy food ONLY, no bread, no sweets, no fried stuff and all these rules all of you guys know, I managed to loss 4 pounds
The great part is that is not really like a water weight because was first week of the challenge, but the week before I had 3 pounds of that water weight gone, so now I just hope I can keep this very healthy life style so I hope I can get to a lower weight than the one I hit the plateau for months last year.
I’m 7 pounds down for this year so far and count, I hope to do the right things and do well >>

P.S. I just thought talking about how every week goes during the Challenge might help keep us accountable
