Default Looking towards the weekend - goals

****OK guys before I head out of here for the weekend I just was wondering what are your goals for the weekend?* As far as weight loss goals, exercise goals that kinda stuff after all this is a buddyslim site right?* My goal is to get on the treadmill Friday, Saturday and Sunday and do at least 3 1/2 miles each day.* Maybe a few jumping jacks...I hope to be one pound less by Monday morning.* I would also like to do the exercise tape I have at least once over the weekend.

My weekend goals include staying OP ALL weekend, and also getting at least 30 (hopefully more) minutes of exercise each weekend day.

My weekend plans are to walk for at least 30 minutes each day. If the weather is bad, I will do the time on my stationary bike. I am really going to try to monitor the dreaded "weekend grazing" where* I grab something to eat every time I pass the kitchen! We may have people over to watch football on Saturday, so I'm going to have to have something reasonably healthy as a snack--anyone have any good munchies that won't throw my plan out the window?

I didn't have any goals planned but thanks for reminding me, it's always good to have a plan and be prepared!* My goal is to not *out and to be prepared with healthy snacks and get all my water in (I tend to always eat too much junk and not drink water on the weekends..)* My exercise goal is to work out on my treadmill, do 3 miles and work my muscles on my total gym.* I'm so excited about it becauce I got on the scale early this morning (Monday is my weight in day) and it said I was a pound lighter, so hopefully we can make that 2 pounds and*OFFICIAL by monday.*

My only goal for the weekend is to enjoy my time with Micheal.* We'll be leaving sometime tomorrow, stopping for the night, then going the rest of the way Sunday.* It's only a 12 hour drive, but we decided we'd take our time so we don't tire ourselves out.
*
But I am gonna try to be good!!!!!

Well, today, I am totally OFF plan, but I planned it that way, so I am completely okay with it, and have worked hard all week in an effort to earn this night...
*
I am going out tonight and will be drinking and having fun and NOT exercising or eating right!
*
However, tomorrow I will be right back on plan. Will walk, do my elliptical, and my weights and my stomach crunches, same thing again on Sunday!!!
*
WOO HOO!!! Have a great weekend everyone!
*
Dawn

Well my weekend goal is staying OP...I'm working all weekend which is going to be great, because our weekend forcast is a busy one..so that means i'll be getting alot of walking in.* I would like to get in at least another 2 miles a day on top of that, jump rope for 5 min., and do 100 sit-ups, maybe start doing some push ups..we'll see. *
