You see Susan, the thing is, if you want to take the weight off and keep it off, you've got to break all those old habits and develop new ones.* Sure, you can crash diet and get the weight off.* But it will come as a double whammy.* First, weight lost too fast will be too easily regained.* And second, if you lose the weight that way, you are not developing good eating habits, therefore you will revert back to your old habits, which will cause you to gain the weight back.* The only way to lose the weight and keep it off is to change your lifestyle.
