Well, that all depends.* What kind of diet are you on?* Are you exercising, and if so, what type of exercises?* Has anything changed?* Have you changed your diet up in any way over the past year?

If you've been plateaued for a whole year, I would definitely start changing things.
Do different workouts, workout just a little longer, eliminate 100-300 calories a day (unless your count is already really low).

If you really keep trying different things, something will work.

Another thought: if you're not eating ENOUGH you can plateau. It's that whole thing where your body thinks it's starving so it holds on to your weight. Try maybe eating several smaller meals per day (within a reasonable range) and maybe switch up your exercise a bit. Good luck!!

I'm pretty familar with Plateaus b/c I seem to hit them quite often...And, I read somewhere that If you plateau for more than 3 months...It's not called a Plateau...It's a Support Level...And, what you*need to do is Zig Zag your calories...So, that you're not eating the same amount of calories every single day...Whenever I Plateau it's never more than 3 or 4 weeks...Also are you lifting weights? B/c that helps too...Google it and you'll find all kinds of ways to break your Plateau!..Good Luck and Have A Great Day Today!
