Default I need Your Help

Hello everyone, I am new to this and sure would like some help getting started. I have a lots of weight to loose and sure can use a buddy. I thought I could do this alone but I need some help. I recently went to my doctor on a routine office visit for my high blood presure and was told that I gain 12 lbs. I don't want to gain I want to loose. I talk with my doctor about getting the gastrobybas. He told me to go home and think about if I really wanted to do this he would set me up.*While I was thinking and would love to go the easy way out. I asked myself what have you done to get this weight off*and I answered nothing.*So I decided that I would give myself a try . I would try*doing this with other*people that are going through the same.*so if anyone don't mind me sheding a few tears please come along with me and be a buddy of mind.
*
Love*

I know a lady at work that had that gastrobypass done more than a year ago and now she stays depressed all the time....and she's pregnant again also. becareful with this decision if you do it. My opinion?........lose weight naturally. Eat in moderation and keep active. Walk a lot. I'm yo-yoing right now staying between 256-259 pounds, for some reason I can't get out of the 250 range. BUT....I'm NOT going to give up. My work hours are longer this year....(I drive school buses for special needs) so it's awkward for me to get on my treadmill....just keep your head up. You'll get it!!!! Have faith in yourself! God Bless, Teri

I agree.
Only go with surgery if you life is being seriously threatened by your weight and you have a medical condition that prevents you from losing weight the healthy way.

Anyway, I wish you all the best.

If you are healthy enough to lose weight without bypass surgery, then you should do it.

Gastric Bypass is a good solution for people who have no other hope, but it is also a very high risk procedure and there are a lot of complications & side effects.

If you are able to lose weight by eating healthy & even minimal exercise (just walking for example), you will be much better off in the long run.
