I want to lose 45 lbs and I need help!* I feel all alone with no support.* My fiance says that I am perfect the way that I am.* But I am miserable with all of this extra wieght.* The frustrating thing is, I work out 4 days a week and still can't lose a thing.* I need support with my diet.* Please help.

Well, you've come to the right place.* Read through as many blogs and profiles*as you can, and find people that you have things in common with.* There are all types of people here...different ages, different backgrounds, different cultures.* You shouldn't have any trouble connecting with a lot of people.
But don't stop with one age or culture or occupational group.* I have a large diversity of buddies here.* And the one I click with most is young enough to be my daughter!!

The thing that I found worked most for me was getting rid of the guilt. I stopped beating myself up when I ate too much and I started working out as well as eating healthy. Try weight watchers, they're great for support too!
