I've just joined today - looking for some buddies to boost my morale and need their's boosting! I'm a good advice giver & I love sharing and answering problems. I'm currently 12ish stone (about 172.2 lbs) And I want to lose 2 stone to go down to 140ish. lbs, my biggest goal being to flatten my stomach and lose my fat arms.
