you can do this yourself easily without buying the product. just print out the pictures of the disks! or you don't even have to do that, just fill your plate up with 'fist-sized' portions.

If you measure your own portions for a short time it'll eventually become obvious to you what your portions should be for whatever food you want to eat.* After a while, you just know what looks right.* Invest in a scale, measuring cups and spoons.
