Evening all!
Yesterday I was working until ten, and then a seven am start this morning, so sorry for not posting!
Yesterday:
B: Satsuma, Gala apple, water
L: Pea and leek soup with one slice of wholemeal bread
Snack: Cereal bar low fat
Dinner: Honey, raisin and sultana muesli
Late: Hot chocolate
Today:
B: Banana, clementine
L: Jacket potato with tuna
Dinner: Ham salad, caramel rice cake
Later on: Low fat chocolate mousse, hot chocolate (yay for low fat choccy alternatives!)
Water: not too bad!
Anayway, a couple of good days, lost another pound, I can see the 1 stone mark looming now! And my trousers feel a bit looser! I honestly don't know where I'm finding the will power from this time around!
